SCROLL
Chapter I — The Process

01. The Sustainability Audit

The Green Interior process begins with a Sustainability Audit. Before a single brick is laid, we perform a "Material Life-Cycle Assessment" (LCA). The discovery phase focuses on Passive Resource Management—designing the interior to reduce the reliance on mechanical heating and cooling.

We prioritize Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ). This involves selecting materials with zero VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) to ensure the air you breathe is free from chemical off-gassing. We map out the "Energy Envelope," utilizing high-performance insulation made from natural fibers and smart-metering systems that track and minimize water and electricity consumption in real-time.

02. Circular Materiality

Execution is where we practice Circular Materiality. We move away from the "Take-Make-Waste" model and toward "Upcycled Luxury." Our material palette is a collection of the earth’s most renewable resources: Bambusa (structural bamboo), recycled glass countertops, cork flooring, and mycelium-based acoustic panels.

We celebrate The Beauty of the Reclaimed. We utilize "Pre-Consumer Waste" materials, such as compressed agricultural husks or recycled plastic composites, and transform them into high-end cabinetry and wall claddings. Every finish is biodegradable or infinitely recyclable. For Tribuz, a Green Interior is a statement of Environmental Ethics—a space that proves luxury doesn't have to come at the cost of the planet.
