- Proof of the order placed and identification proof of the recipient is mandatory to keep on hand at the time of delivery of the order. The Recipient’s signature/thumb impression on the Delivery Challan provided by Tribuz Team shall be deemed as satisfactory acceptance of delivery and installation. However, no claims or requests for inspection or movement of orders will be accepted later.
- In case of the non-availability of the recipient at the delivery site beyond a reasonable time, the shipment ordered will be returned back to the Tribuz warehouse. The charges for the return shipment & reshipping will be borne by the client.
- In case the installation is required for the product, installation charges will be included in the cost of the product itself.
- Due to natural calamities or any unnatural conditions, the delivery may be delayed. Besides, it can also result in the cancellation of the order in accordance with the situation. This applies to all the confirmed and non-confirmed orders placed at the official website of Tribuz “www.tribuz.in“
