A2.) For all the furniture products we deliver within 10-12 days from the Order Confirmation Date (Order Payment Date). For the Leather Products, we deliver the Orders within 8-10 Days from the Order Confirmation Date (Order Payment Date).

If you still wish to cancel your order, you could cancel from the order page. Please note the cancellation policy below before requesting cancellation, You can cancel your order within 3 Business days of placing the order, a full refund will be initiated. Post the 3 Business days window, a cancellation fee of 2.5% will be applied to the amount you paid while processing the refund.

A5.) Your order status is updated to you via emails and SMSs at every step. We update you at every stage of your product’ processing. For any details or queries please get in touch with our Customer Care immediately. In case your product(s) has crossed our warranty period, we can’t promise that we will replace or repair it for you. However, do reach out to us and we’ll surely try to help as best as we can.

A8.) We currently do not have cash on delivery as the payment method. If we happen to include it in the future, we will update the payment options on our payment page.

A9.) We usually do deliver products much earlier than the date shown on the site. However, if you have a specific request, we encourage you to reach out to us via email.

A10.) Once Cancellation is raised it gets processed within 24 hours. For delivered items, pick up will be done in 3-5 days and then a refund gets raised.

The refund amount for the orders paid online or paid via credit/debit card will be refunded within 5-7 working days from the date of initiating the refund. Payments through the online account will be refunded to the same card, depending on the most suitable circumstances as determined by Tribuz.

  1. During the payment process using net banking you may be redirected to your bank website. Once your transaction is completed you will be brought back to the Tribuz website with your order details which you can keep a copy of.
