While transacting on the Tribuz platform, you can expect a hassle-free experience in returning back the Product that you have ordered if you face any issues or errors and can rely on us as your preferred shopping destination.
This cancellation and refund policy, together with the Terms stated/aligned with our procedures and policies in accepting product cancellation, return and refund thereof.
ELIGIBILITY OF POLICY
- By agreeing to use the Tribuz website and/or initiating a request for making a purchase of Product(s), you willingly accept the terms enlisted in this Policy without alterations. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Platform.
- Please make a note that we may change the terms of the Policy timely that govern your refund or cancellation of an order for Products on the Tribuz Platform. Every time you wish to use the Tribuz website, please check the Policy to ensure you are aware and understood the terms and conditions that apply at a particular time.
TERMS FOR CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND OF ORDERS
Cancellation of Products
- You can cancel your purchase of Products partially or fully within three business days from the order confirmation date, as after that no cancellation will be accepted.
- A cancellation fee of 2.5% will be applied to the amount you paid while processing the refund. The final refund amount will be deposited to the bank account within seven to ten business days. The amount shall be refunded to you through the same mode of payment used by you for the purchase. All refunds shall be applicable to policies and charges of the User’s bank/ financial institution.
- You may also cancel the placed order in reference to the unique tracking identity number (it allows the user to track the status of delivery in regards of the purchased Products) received by you at the time of order confirmation and request us to process a cancellation by sending an email to us at email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Return and Refund of Products
- Delivering 100% personalized products appropriately, we readily and happily welcome all alterations asked by our clients during the process of discussion and design. However, once the product is sent for final production – we are not liable to accept any modification, return or exchange.
- You may initiate for return or refund only if:
- Both the Product and shipping package has been damaged;
- The product received by you is different from the product ordered;
You shall initiate such requests for a return within 7 (seven) business days from the date of the product delivery.
- If you have received any product subject to return or refund in terms of this Policy, we suggest you immediately register a request on the site. We will in our sole discretion verify if:
- The defects and damages in the products or the non-compliances claimed in such products are acceptable by us, or
- Such defects, damages or non-compliances are due to our faults, and will accordingly pass out our verification, acceptance or reject the request for return.
- Return of purchased Products is facilitated through our reverse-logistics partners. On the request for the product return on the Tribuz site and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our logistics partners may get in touch with you in order to collect the purchased Product from you.
